我国优秀男子水球运动员专项素质指标的构建与评价体系研究

采用文献资料法、特尔斐法、实验法和数理统计法等方法,以备战2010年广州亚运会集训的国家男子水球运动员为研究对象,对我国优秀男子水球运动员体能训练中专项运动素质指标的构建和应用效果进行探讨。研究表明:1)优秀男子水球运动员专项素质指标模型包括专项耐力指标(25 m x 16间歇往返快速游、负重踩水)、专项力量指标(高支撑快速传球、水中跃起摸高、水球掷远)及专项速度指标(25 m冲刺游)等3个主因子,6项指标;2)专项素质指标模型和权重模型可知,速度耐力、力量耐力、对抗力量、射门力量、水中跃起力量及专项速度对比赛胜负的影响较大;3)在专项素质指标模型、权重模型及均值模型的基础上,进一步构建了专项素质指标模型的评价体系(包括单项评分和综合评价)。

Building and System Evaluation of Special Ability Index of the Excellent China’s Men Athletes of Water Polo

By the methods of literature review,Delphi method,experiments and mathematical statistics,etc,and with the water polo players who attend the preparation training of the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games men’s water polo event as the research objects,the researchers studied the building of the speciality indicator system of China’s elite men’s water polo event and made effective analysis and objective evaluation to the training effect.The research indicated that:1)Elite water polo athletes endurance quality index model included six indicators and three main factors,including special endurance indicators(interval between 25 m x 16 swimming quickly,weight tread water),special strength index(support fast high-pass,the water leaps high-touch,water polo throw),and special speed indicators(25m sprint swim) and other indicators.2) Special quality indicator model and the weight quality index model showed speed endurance,strength endurance,combat power,shot power,water leap power and speed had greater impact on the match;3)Based on the quality indicators in the sports model,the weight model and mean value model,the special quality indicator model evaluation system(and comprehensive evaluation,including individual scores)were built.
