中国举办冬奥会的愿景研究

摘要：以“冬奥会”为切入点,通过全面学习习近平对我国冰雪运动发展给予的重要指示,深刻领会习近平的冬奥愿景及对我国冰雪运动发展所产生的深远影响,习近平的冬奥会愿景,赋予我国冬季奥林匹克运动发展以深刻内涵,对于引领我国“城市建设”“产业融合”“文化繁荣”“国际外交”等领域的全面发展起到重要的牵动效应,得出以下4方面的研究启示：1）以“三亿人参与冰雪运动”为目标,扩大地域覆盖与人口增长;2）以“承办2022年冬奥会”为契机,搭建外交平台,展现综合国力;3）以“创新冬奥会办赛理念”为启示,科学规划筹办思路;4）以“加快体育强国建设”为契机,带动体育事业融合发展,即强化冬季项目竞技水平提高、拓宽冰雪运动普及与受众、完善冰雪体育产业开发与运营等。

China's Vision for Hosting the Winter Olympics

Abstract: Taking the "Winter Olympic Games" as the breakthrough point, through the comprehensive study of Xi Jinping''s important instructions to the development of ice and snow sports in China, the authors deeply understand Xi Jinping''s vision of winter Olympic Games and its far-reaching impact on the development of ice and snow sports in China, and finds that Xi Jinping''s vision of the Winter Olympic Games endows the development of China''s Winter Olympic Games with profound connotations, and plays an important role in leading the comprehensive development of China''s urban construction, industrial integration, cultural prosperity and international diplomacy. And the authors draw the following 4 aspects of research inspiration: 1) Taking "three hundred million people participating in the ice and snow sport" as the goal to expand the geographical coverage and population growth of ice and snow sports; 2) taking "hosting the 2022 Winter Olympics" as an opportunity to build a diplomatic platform to show the comprehensive national strength; 3) taking the idea of running Winter Olympic Games as an inspiration to scientifically plan the game; 4) taking "speeding up the construction of sports power" as an opportunity to promote the integration and development of sports undertakings, i.e. strengthening the improvement of winter sports level, widening the popularity and audience of ice and snow sports, and improving the development and operation of ice and snow sports industry, etc.
