| 摘 要： | "执行力"是21世纪开始风行于企业管理领域的关键词汇,把它引入学校体育领域,用以分析当前我国学校体育政策执行力问题是具有理论研究价值和实践指导意义的.以学校为研究层面.认为"能力"和"效力"是学校体育政策执行力的基本内涵.学校体育政策本身的正确合理性、具体明确性和协调性,校长对学校体育政策的认知力、认同力,以及学校体育政策执行物力资源是影响普通中学体育政策有效执行的主要因素.其中利益的权衡是学校校长选择消极执行的主要原因.
