超负荷训练对大鼠心脏左室心肌纤维及微血管的影响

摘    要:以 SD大鼠为实验对象 ,并对其进行了超负荷实验研究。结果表明 ,超负荷训练对大鼠的心血管系统影响较大。实验组与对照组的三项测试指标对比均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。分析造成其结果的主要原因是持续的超负荷训练使鼠体各器官的机能得不到恢复和补偿 ,以至导致鼠心血管系统向病理性方向发展。这一结果证明 ,把握好超负荷训练的持续时间、强度和超量恢复对心血管系统至关重要。

Abstract:The experiment was made in SD rats, which performed overload training. The results showed that the overload training had enormous effects on cardiovascular systems of rats. Comparing the three tested indexes of the experimental group with those of the control group, there existed remarkable differences between them (p<0.05). The main reason resulted in this phenomenon was that the functions of the rats' organs couldn't be recovered and compensated because of the continuous overload training, so that the cardiovascular systems of the rats developed in the pathological direction. It was proved that it is important to control the duration, intensity and supercompensation of overload training, which is of significance to the cardiovascular system.
