Exploration of Scientific Training in Canoe/Kayak Team of China

The essential characteristics and rule of canoe/kayak training was analyzed and recognized again in order to lay a foundation for the establishment of the scientific theoretical system of canoe/kayak training. The new concept of canoe/kayak speed training was put forward. The operation platform for training practice was set up. According to the Olympic strategy, the competition system was reformed so as to improve the athletes' training level and their competitive expression. The adjustment of the coach structure was realized reasonably. Through introducing talented personnel the expanding of the first resource was realized, so that the improvement of the individual abilities of the coaches was accelerated.
