| 摘 要： | 以清华大学高水平田径代表队训练的实践为出发点,回顾总结大学培养高水平田径运动员的成功经验和存在的问题,意在研究普通高等院校体教结合,培养优秀的高水平田径运动员的有效机制,其目的在于从科学的教育与发展观出发,深入探究我国竞技体育田径项目在大学培养有较高文化素养的高水平大学生运动员的发展对策.

| Abstract: | Based on the practical experiences of high-level track and field team of Tsinghua University, this study conducted a carding and retrospection of the successful experience as well as the existing problems during the procedure of training the high-level track and field athletes, in the purpose of probing the combination model of high-level sports team and general higher education and exploring the effective mechanism of cultivating the high-level track and field athletes, in order to explore the development strategy for competitive track and field to cultivate advanced college students' athletes with a high-level cultural competences in the context of universities and colleges in the views of scientific viewpoints of education and development. |
