| 摘 要： | 从绩效管理的角度出发,将平衡计分卡应用到高校高水平运动队绩效评估中。通过对当前高校高水平运动队内外环境的分析,采用SWOT分析法制定运动队发展战略,从主办方——学校、运动队内部流程、运动队经费、运动队发展四个维度构建高校高水平运动队的绩效评估指标体系。最后,运用层次分析法确定绩效指标的权重,从而实现对运动队实现全面的评价。

| Abstract: | From the performance management perspective,the Balanced Scorecard applied to the performance assessment of high level sports teams.On the current internal and external environments of university sports teams,SWOT analysis method used to develop sports teams development strategies,from the organizers-university,sports teams internal processes,funding for sports teams,the development of sports teams in four dimensions construction high level sports teams performance evaluation index system.Finally,we use AHP to determine the weight of performance indicators to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of sports teams. |
