运动员的职业生涯设计

运用文献资料法,对当前我国退役运动员就业难的状况进行了分析和研究.阐述了影响运动员职业生涯的因素,对造成运动员就业难的社会因素、体育管理因素和运动员个人因素进行了概括和总结,提出对运动员进行职业生涯设计是解决运动员就业难及确保我国竞技体育可持续发展的关键.

Research on Career Design for Athletes

Adopted the documentary analysis, this paper conducts a profound and extensive analysis and research on the difficult status of the employment among the retired athletes in China. Based on the analysis, this paper explores the primary factors which impact on the athletes' careers. The results of this paper show that the main factors which lead to the difficulties in job finding can be summarized as the social factors, sports management factors, and individual factors. It is proposed that the career design for athletes is the key point to solve the difficulties of job finding of retired athletes and assure the sustainable development of the competitive sports in China.
