普通高校乒乓球高水平运动队建设现状与发展对策研究

截止到2011年,我国普通高校乒乓球高水平运动队在建设规模、运动水平等方面已取得一定成就,但在其建设过程中仍存在很多问题。立足我国普通高校乒乓球高水平运动队建设现状,以北京邮电大学乒乓球高水平运动队建设为例,对普通高校乒乓球高水平运动队的组织机构、招生政策、学籍管理、训练管理、教练员队伍建设以及条件保障进行阐述,并对存在的问题进行分析,为促进普通高校乒乓球高水平运动队建设提供参考。

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Table Tennis High Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities——Taking Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example

By the year 2011,the building of table tennis high level sports teams in colleges and universities in China have obtained better achievements in building scale and sports level,but a lot of problems still exist in its building process.This study,based on the current situation of table tennis high level sports teams in colleges and universities in China,taking the table tennis high level sports team in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,elaborates on the organization,admissions policy,enrollment management,training management,coach team building and logistics,and analysis of existing problem,in order to provide a reference for the development of high level sports teams.
