田径运动员不同运动水平、不同性别之间的意志品质比较研究

采用心理测量法,从不同运动水平、不同性别之间田径运动员意志品质的比较研究入手,试图发现他们之间意志品质是否存在差别.结果表明:男子健将运动员在目标清晰维度上好于男子一级运动员,但在顽强性维度上,一级运动员好于健将;女子一级运动员在顽强性、果断性、自信心三个维度与总分上均好于女子二级运动员,两者具有显著性差异;此外,比较男、女运动员之间的意志品质,发现男运动员在坚韧性这一维度上好于女运动员,存在显著差异,但在其他五个维度及总分上,两者之间不具有明显区别.

Comparative Study on Volition Qualities of the Track and Field Athletes at Different Athletic Levels and at Different Genders

Psychological measure was employed to conduct comparative study on the track and field athletes' volition qualities at different athletic levels and at different genders. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are differences in volition qualities between them. The results show that the male master sportsmen have more clear goals than male first grade players. However, the first grade players had greater pertinacity than the master sportsmen. As to female players, compared with the second players, the first players have greater confidence, quick decision and higher self-confidence. Moreover the perseverance of male players was remarkably better than those of female players. But they were at the same level in other five dimensions.
