在职业化改革前进和曲折的新形势下，如何正确认识职业化的真正理论内涵，是深化我国篮球改革的关键所在。通过对中国竞技篮球职业化改革较全面、系统的研究，分析职业篮球的一般特征和实质，职业篮球产生和发展的社会条件，中国篮球职业化改革进程中的有利条件和困难，探讨并提出了改革的对策及建议，从理论上为我国篮球运动改革和发展提供了依据。

Consideration of Basketball Professionalism Reform in China

With the reform of professionalism advancing deviously, how to correctly understand the actualtheoretical connotation of professionalism is where the shoe pinches in deepening the basketball reform inChina. In this paper the reform of competitive basketball professionalism in China was studied completely andsystemically. The general character and essential of professional basketball, the social conditions of its production and development as well as the advantages and difficulties in the course of the reform of basketball professionalism in China were analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions of the reform were discussed and put forward so as to provide theoretical basis for reforming and developing basketball in China.
