扪心五问：体育科学研究的选题

摘要：选题是科学研究的开始，也是许多研究者关注的重点和难点。基于选题在科学研究中的重要作用，从5个不同的角度对体育科学领域的选题问题进行分析，包括：1）从大处着眼、小处着手；2）注重理论的地位与发展；3）遵循母学科的研究范式；4）沿着狭窄而稳定的研究方向积累自己的学术成果；5）让最优秀的期刊和最优秀的论文引领自己。探讨当前体育科学研究存在的问题，提出了解决这些问题的具体建议。研究认为：选题需要一定程度的甚至是深厚的知识积累、思考积累和探索积累；选题看似是研究的开始和起点，但其实是一个厚积薄发的过程。

Subject Selection in Sport Science Research: Common Problems and Solutions

Abstract: Selection of a research subject is the starting point of a research project, and it is also a difficult thing for many students and researchers. Based on its important role, this paper analyzed problems in subject selection in sport sciences from 5 perspectives, including 1) think of big questions but start from small questions; 2) pay attention to importance of theory guidance and theory development; 3) follow the research paradigm of the mother discipline; 4) pay attention to accumulation of research findings in one simple and stable direction; 5) be guided by the best journals and best papers in research endeavor. And detailed solutions were suggested. Finally it pointed out that selection of a research subject needs much accumulation of knowledge, thinking and trials in the related research field. Selection of a research subject looks like a starting point but actually it is a process of long time efforts before a good idea comes into our mind.
