| 摘 要： | 在运动训练和竞赛过程中,外界环境和内部认知干扰是引起运动员动作反应异常以致成绩波动的重要因素.在实验室条件下引入特定的噪声和认知干扰因素,分析了它们对运动员反应时的影响以及进一步探讨反应时与人格维度的关系.研究结果表明:1)噪声与认知干扰对反应时有显著影响;2)在干扰条件下,内外向性与心理反应稳定性显著相关;3)概括来看,封闭性技能组中偏外向被试抗干扰能力强,开放性技能组中情绪稳定性适中的被试抗干扰能力强.

| Abstract: | The external environment disturbance and the cognitive disturbance are important factors causing unusual actions and leading to fluctuations of athletes' performance. This research adopts given noise and cognitive disturbance in the laboratory to analyze the effect and explores the best personality pattern which will help anti interference. The conclusion is: (1) The reaction is distinctly affected by noise and cognitive disturbance; (2) Extraversion is distinctly relative with the stability of emotions in disturbance condition; (3) In a word, the external extraversion in close skill group displays more powerful anti interference. The stability of neuroticism in open-skill group displays a more powerful anti interference. |
