我国滑雪运动三大核心区域可持续发展研究

摘要：采用文献资料法和专家访谈法，对我国滑雪运动三大核心区域东北、华北和西北的发展现状和优势进行分析，客观审视三大核心区域的发展困境以及与其他发达国家之间的差距。从实际出发，以务实的态度探索三大核心区域的可持续发展模式，为我国滑雪运动可持续发展提供理论依据和参考。研究认为：1）东北地区应建立区域竞合组织，整合资源，放大区域集聚效应，推动三省一体化战略，完善人才培养机制，发动滑雪产业供给侧改革，打造特色化滑雪产品，利用良好的群众基础推广滑雪文化；2）华北地区应借助冬奥会的契机在产业化过程中实行国际性高标准，通过打造国际赛事IP，广泛开展国际交流合作，走国际化路线，同时大力推进滑雪旅游休闲产业，构建环北京滑雪休闲生态圈；3）西北地区要加强政府主导力度，通过宏观规划和政策驱动，加强滑雪产业开发的深度，打造有特色的滑雪旅游品牌，充分利用一带一路战略，加强与周边中亚国家的合作和交流。

Analysis on the Sustainable Development of Three Core Areas of Skiing in China

Abstract: This study analyzed the current development and advantages of the skiing sports in northeast China, north China and northwest China by the methods of literature review and expert interview, and examined the development dilemma of these core areas and the gap with other developed countries. Starting from the actual situation, this paper explored the sustainable development model of the three core areas with a pragmatic approach, and provided a theoretical basis and reference for the sustainable development of China''s skiing. Conclusions: 1) Northeast China should build a regional cooperation organization, integrate recourses, amplify effect of the regional gathering, promote the three provinces integration strategy, perfect personnel training system, launch skiing industry supply side reforms, build special ski products, and promote skiing culture with good mass foundation. 2) North China should use the Winter Olympic Games opportunity to implement international high standards in the industrialization process, create IP international events, carry out extensive international exchanges and cooperation, take the international route, vigorously promote the ski tourism and leisure industry, and construct skiing ecological circle around Beijing. 3) Northwest China should strengthen the leading role of government, strengthen the development of skiing industry in depth and create a unique brand of ski tourism by macro planning and policy; make full use of The Belt and Road strategy to strengthen the communication and cooperation with neighboring countries in central Asia.
