国家皮划艇队运动员大赛前后血清瘦素与游离瘦素受体变化初探

为了解大型比赛对运动员血清瘦素与游离瘦素受体的影响,分析瘦素与sOB-R与人体内分泌之间的关系;对国家皮划艇队参加世界锦标赛女子皮艇组队员8人,男子划艇组4人,赛前3周与赛后1周作对照,取血清,测量形态指标进行研究;测试结果表明:赛前训练与比赛有下调血Leptin水平作用,在女性体内血清瘦素水平与sOB-R明显负相关,瘦素可能还与神经内分泌系统之间组成一个闭合环路,作用于下丘脑、甲状腺等处,影响内分泌的代谢.大型比赛后,血清sOB-R水平的变化有性别特异性,有不依赖瘦素的方面;sOB-R的变化可能有一定的延迟.

Analysis on Changes of Leptin and sOB-R among Chinese Canoe Athletes during World Championship

In order to explore the impacts of world championship games on the level of serum leptin and soluble leptin re- ceptor and analyze the relationship of the relationship between leptin, sOB-R and endocrine system, this study conduct a contest research with attention to the serum and feature index, in a sample of 8 female athletes, 4 male athletes during three weeks before the competition and one week after the competition. The results show that leptin were lowered in both girls and boys. SOB-R were elevated in girls but lower than the one of boys. But no significant difference appeared in mor- phologic index between two times. Testosterone, cortisol, TSH decreased in both teams but FT4 increased in boys and girls. The training that prepared for competition and the competition can reduce the level of leptin. Among female athlete, serum leptin had the minus correlation with sOB-R. Leptin may also had relation with nerve-endocrine system, and function on hypothalamus and hypothyroid. After championship, Gender difference were found in the change of sOB-R, also, the sOB-R seemed independent with leptin.The sOB-R maybe have a delayed change after leptin.
