我国省域群众体育与经济协调发展评价研究

以科学发展观为指导,遵循指标体系构建原则,广泛借鉴相关研究结果,在数据可获得的基础之上构建了省域群众体育、经济发展水平评价指标体系。运用因子分析方法对我国31个省区市2009年群众体育、经济发展水平进行评价,在此基础上运用协调发展回归评价模型对31个省区市群众体育与经济协调发展状况进行评价。评价结果为:16个省区市群众体育发展水平与经济发展水平是协调或基本协调的,15个是弱协调或微协调的,在15个弱协调和微协调的省区市中,有9个是群众体育发展水平落后于经济发展水平,6个是群众体育发展水平超过经济发展水平,中部地区是我国群众体育与经济不协调的重点地区。根据协调发展评价结果,提出促进省域群众体育与经济协调发展的建议。

Research on the Evaluation of the Coordinated Development between China Regional Mass Sports and Economy

Abstract:With the guidance of the Scientific Outlook of Development and the principle of the index system construction, this article builds up an evaluation index system of the development of regional mass sports and economy. It uses factorial analysis to evaluate the mass sports and economic development in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China in 2009. It conducts an evaluation of the coordinated development of the mass sports and economic in these 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions using the regression evaluation model. The evaluation shows that within these samples, 16 are coordinated or roughly coordinated; 15 are not-so-coordinated or not-coordinated, in which nine have poorer mass sports development level and six have better mass spots development level compared with their economic development respectively. The central region is a key region whose mass sports is inconsistent with economy. According to the evaluation of coordinated development, this paper puts forward a number of strategies to boost the coordinated development between regional mass sports and economy.
