| 摘 要： | 运用市场经济的基本理论，按照市场经济的基本要求，阐释现阶段我国发展群众体育的必要性、可行性，探讨限制我国群众体育发展的因素，初步说明群众体育改革的基本思路，并提出相应的对策，为市场经济条件下的群众体育改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to the basic theory and requirements of market economy,the study gave an explanation of the necessity and feasibility of developing mass sports in China in the present stage. Discussions were also made on the factors which may restrict the development of mass sports in China. A preliminary train of thought and relevant measures about the reform of mass sports under the condition of market economy were presented. |
