长时间运动对小鼠酮体代谢的影响

摘    要:将昆明种4~6周龄雄性小白鼠随机分为运动前安静对照组、运动后即刻对照组、运动后即刻运动组、运动后2 h对照组和运动后2 h运动组.三组对照组不进行运动,运动后即刻运动组和运动后2 h运动组作一次性静水负重游泳运动,持续时间为120 min.分别测定血液、肝脏、骨骼肌和脑中的酮体,肝、骨骼肌糖原以及血糖、脑糖、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)等指标.结果显示:一次性长时间游泳运动引起小鼠体内糖储备显著下降、血清FFA明显升高、酮体含量相应增加.提示:运动性酮体代谢与体内糖储备以及脂肪分解状况有关.

Abstract:Forty-seven 4-to-6-week-old male mice were randomly divided into five groups: the rest control group,the immediately-after-swimming control group, the immediately-after-swimming swimming group,the two-hour-after-swimming control group,and the two-hour-after-swimming swimming group.Three control groups were killed at rest,however,the other two groups were killed immediately or two hours after two-hour-fixed-load swimming respectively.The concentrations of blood ketone body(KB),liver KB,muscle KB,brain KB were measured as well as the level of liver glycogen,muscle glycogen,glucose,brain carbohydrate,and serum free fatty acid(FFA).The results showed that a bout of prolonged exercise significantly decreased glycogen stores,markedly increased the concentration of serum FFA,and the level of KB correspondingly rose.Clew: sports KB metabolism relates to the status of glycogen stores and fatty catabolism.
