对全运会周期射击赛事制度改革后训练学因素变化的研究

我国射击项目自九运会周期进行赛事改革对我国竞技射击运动起到很大的促进作用,对全运会周期射击训练和比赛成绩等方面都将发生明显变化,对我国射击项目悉尼和雅典两届奥运会整体竞技能力的持续提高具有直接促进作用.本研究主要探索竞赛制度改革所引起的训练学因素的变化,重点研究训练内容的安排、年度周期择定和每一个周期阶段划分以及教练员、运动员素质结构的变化趋势.

Research on Changes of Training Factors after the Reform of the National Shooting Event Competition System Reform

The national shooting event competition system reform contributed significantly to the rapid development of Chinese shooting event, which resulted in the remarkable changes of periodic shooting training and scores and the continuous improvement of the competitive competence in shooting event in Sydney and Athens Olympic Games. This research aims to explore the changes of training factors, which were generated by the reform of the national shooting event competition system, with specific attention upon the arrangement of training content, the selection of yearly period, the classification of each period, and the change trend of competence structure of coaches and athletes.
