| 摘 要： | 急停跳投具有起跳突然、速度快、出手点高的特点，是篮球运动中一项重要的基本技术。运用三维测力平台系统，测量运动员一步急停跳投和两步急停跳投时所受的地面支持力；分析急停跳投阶段地面对测试对象的作用力、测试对象的腾空时间、垂直方向冲量等几个量之间的关系；对急停跳投技术各环节中的运动生物力学规律和特征加以探讨。

| Abstract: | Stop jump shot is an important basic skill in basketball. It has the characteristics of sudden takeoff, high speed and high shooting spot. By using the system of three-dimensional force platform, the groundreaction forces to the players during one-step stop jump shot and double stop jump shot were measured. Therelationships among the ground reaction forces, the duration of passage through the air and the vertical impulse during stop jump shot were analyzed. The biomechanical characteristics and laws of every link of stopjump shot skill were approached. |
