针刺对正常骨骼肌及损伤肌细胞内离子分布的影响

摘    要:利用电子探针微区分析技术与针刺离体肌模型,研究针刺对正常肌及损伤肌细胞内Ca、Na、Mg 等离子的即刻影响,发现针后正常骨骼肌胞浆Ca 显著上升、Na 趋于下降,肌浆网Ca 含量不变。而至针后10min,损伤肌胞浆Ca 已降至正常,Na 增加3倍以上,肌浆网Ca 无明显变化。结果表明,针刺可提高正常肌膜对Ca~(2+)的通透性及损伤肌对Na~+的通透性。这种通透性的变化有可能是改变细胞膜Na-Ca 交换从而调节胞浆Ca~(2+)含量的重要机制。对针刺后即刻肌肉力量,超微结构也进行了观察。

Abstract:Using micro analysis with electronic probe and acupuncture on muscles in vitro,the study inves-tigated the instant effects of acupuncture on Ca,Na and Mg ions in cells of normal and injuried muscles.Itwas found that in normal muscles after acupuncture,Ca content of myoplasma obviously increased,Nacontent of myoplasma tended to decrease,and Ca content of sarcoplasmic reticulum kept unchanged,while in injuried muscles at ten minutes after acupuncture,myoplasma Ca content resumed to normal,myoplasma Na content increased by three fold,and Ca content of sarcoplasmic reticulum did not showobvious change.The results indicated that acupuncture could increase the penetrability of normal musclemembrane to Ca and the penetrability of injuried muscle membrane to Na,which might be the vilal mech-anism of changing Na-Ca exchange of cell membrane and adjusting myoplasma Ca content.The study al-so made observation on instant muscle force and ultra structure after acupunncture.
