| 摘 要： | 对北京市城区和远郊区县中学体育教师的现状进行了调查和研究,了解北京市中学体育教师的基本情况的同时,获知北京市中学体育教师的能力结构缺陷,尤其是首都体育学院毕业生在中学体育教学中存在的能力上的不足,据此,为我院今后人才的培养提出相应对策和建议。
