| 摘 要： | 通过对现代奥运会风险投资的特征与风险分类,以及现代奥运会风险投资的风险控制技术模式的研究,提出了北京承办2008年奥运会风险投资和风险控制的技术模式,期望对北京承办2008年奥运会可能存在的风险投资如何进行卓有成效的控制与管理,以及最大限度的规避风险来充分发挥风险投资的经济效益.认为举办奥运会能够为城市带来丰厚的经济效益,但任何经济效益总是伴随着一定的投资风险.成功的控制与管理风险投资才有可能取得更高的效益. |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the features and classification of venture investment in the modern Olympic Games as well as the technological mode of risk control, based on which we come up with the technological mode of venture investment and risk control for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. We hope it is helpful in the control and management of the venture investment, thus circumventing risks and making the greatest profit. The insurance risk theories and documentary method and logic analysis method are adopted. It's concluded that hosting the Olympic Games can bring the host city great profits accompanied with certain investment risks. Effective control and management of venture investment will assure us of a higher profit. |
