益气补肾中药对长时间递增负荷运动大鼠血清和睾丸睾酮水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察益气补肾中药对6周递增负荷游泳训练大鼠血清和睾丸睾酮水平以及体重的影响.方法:各组大鼠经游泳训练后,放免法测定其血清和睾丸睾酮水平.结果:未服药训练大鼠的血清和睾丸组织睾酮水平明显下降(P<0.05);服用中药的运动大鼠血清和睾丸睾酮浓度未下降.结论:益气补肾中药可以纠正长期递增负荷游泳训练造成的大鼠血清和睾丸睾酮水平的明显降低.

Abstract:Objective: The effect of Chinese Medicine Compound for Invigorating Qi and Tonifying the Kidney on the adjustment and intervention of low serum testosterone to prolonged, incremental heavy-load swimming in rats were observed. Methods: Using radioimmunological method, we measured serum and testicular testosterone of rats. Results: In training groups with non-supplementing Chinese medicine, serum and testicular testosterone level was lower than that in control. On the contrary, serum and testicular testosterone concentration of training group with ingesting Chinese medicine was not decreased than that of control group. Conclusion: the Chinese medicine compound for invigorating Qi and tonifying the kidney prevented the appearance of exercise-induced low serum and testicular testosterone.
