| 摘 要： | 运用高速摄影等方法对女子大学生三级跳远技术进行研究 ,并与世界优秀选手技术进行对比 ,分析了女子大学生三级跳远的关键技术和机械能利用问题。结果表明 ,大学生三级跑远的助跑速度及机械能的利用率与优秀选手存在较大差距。

| Abstract: | The triple jump techniques of the female college student triple jumpers were studied by applying high speed photography and were compared with those of the elite athletes of the world. The key technique of the triple jump in female college students and the utilization of the mechanical energy were analyzed. The results indicated that there existed a great gap between the college student triple jumpers and the elite athletes in the approach speed and the rate of the mechanical energy utilization. |
