| 摘 要： | 高等体育院校要在更广视域、更高平台和更深层次思考自身的发展,真正形成一流办学水平,"大学文化建设"势在必行.从具体内容来看,当前高等体育院校大学文化建设的内容包含:学科文化建设、院校文化提炼、专业文化养成及促成国家高等教育系统文化优化等4个方面;从建设主体的视角来看,高等体育院校大学文化建设需要学校领导、教师、学生及行政管理人员共同努力,形成合力.

| Abstract: | The construction of university culture is necessary in construction of first-class sports universities those expect development in a broader and deeper vision.The contents of present university culture construction oin sports universities include subject culture construction,university culture refinery,professional culture cultivation and promotion of national advanced education system culture.In the view of constructing main body,the construction of culture in sports universities requires the efforts of leaders,faculty,students and staff in administration. |
