论城市社区体育资源及其开发与利用

运用文献资料、调查等方法,对城市社区体育资源的现状进行了研究.结果表明:城市社区体育资源存在着社会体育指导员数量和水平偏低、活动场地不足、运动项目单一、自然地理资源开发不够等问题;提出开发和利用社区体育资源的基本思路是提高政府和社区居民的社区体育资源开发意识、完善和开通社会体育指导员培养与提高的渠道、社区体育和学校体育及单位体育一体化、运动项目多样化等;建议在前瞻性原则、社会化原则、可操作性原则等原则的指导下,通过调查研究、实验研究、借鉴与吸收等途径全面开发与利用社区体育资源.研究旨在为有关部门制定城市社区体育资源开发对策提供参考依据.

Exploitation and Utilization of Community Sports Resources in Chinese Cities

The study on the present situation of community sports resources in Chinese cities is made by using the methods of literature review and investigation. The results indicate that community sports resources in China have the following main problems in quantity and quality of social sports instructors, sports facilities, activity programs and so on. Four solutions have been put forward in the paper, which include the awareness-strengthening of the exploitation and utilization of community sports resources of governments and citizens, perfection of the social sports instructors training and management, integration of community sports, school physical education and unit sports, diversification of activity programs and so on. Under the guidance of the principles of futurity, feasibility and socialization, the author suggests community sports resources in Chinese cities be exploited and utilized by using investigation, experiment and experience home and abroad for references. The purpose of this research is to provide valuable references of comprehensive information and formulating policies for the authorities concerned to exploit and utilize the community sports resources.
