摘    要:目的:探讨罗汉果皂甙V(MG-V)结合训练对小鼠运动耐力及骨骼肌抗氧化损伤影响的生化机制。方法:以昆明种雄性小鼠72只为研究对象,灌服MG-V结合游泳训练8周后进行一次性力竭游泳,通过测定小鼠力竭游泳时间、全血Bla、血浆CK、血浆LDH、肌SOD、肌MDA、肌T-AOC等指标。结果:1)补充一定剂量MG-V结合运动训练后,小鼠运动耐力显著增强;2)力竭即刻小鼠全血Bla与血浆CK、LDH及肌MDA升高明显得到抑制;3)力竭即刻肌SOD、T-AOC活性有显著性升高。4)综合各项测试指标,100 mg/kg/w/d的补充剂量生物学效应最佳。结论:MG-V结合游泳训练的双重干预能有效提高小鼠的运动耐力和抑制运动中乳酸生成,并能有效抵抗运动造成的骨骼肌组织脂质过氧化损伤,且100 mg/kg/w/d的补充剂量效果最佳,提示,MG-V具有较强的抗氧化损伤功效。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the impact of the mogroside V(MG-V)combined endurance exercise training on the biochemical mechanisms of oxidative damage in mouse skeletal muscle.Methods: 72 Kunming male mice were taken as the object of study.They were fed with MG-V and took swimming training and received exhaustive swimming training after eight weeks.And the researchers monitored their swimming time,whole blood Bla,plasma CK,plasma LDH,muscle SOD,muscle MDA,T-AOC and other indicators of mice muscle.Results:1) After adding a dose of MG-V in exercise training,the exercise tolerance of mice significantly increased;2) At the time of exhaustion,the increase of their whole blood Bla,plasma CK,LDH and MDA had been significantly inhibited;3) At the time of exhaustion,the muscle SOD and T-AOC activity was significantly increased.4) Integrating all test indicators,the additional doses of 100 mg/kg/w/d has the best biological effects.Conclusions: The dual intervention with MG-V and swimming could effectively improve exercise tolerance of mice and inhibit movement of lactate production,and could effectively resist the movement of the skeletal muscle tissue lipid peroxidation,and 100 mg/kg/w/d was the best additional doses.It indicated that MG-V had a strong anti-oxidation effect.
