| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、分析等多种研究方法,对CUBA联赛参赛运动队培养的影响因素进行研究.结果表明:影响CUBA联赛参赛队培养的主因子有:1)人才因子;2)领导体制因子;3)高校训管因子; 4)竞赛体制因子;5)物质保障因子;6)运动队训练因子.并据此提出了相应的对策与建议.

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and analysis, the paper studies the factors influencing the basketball teams to be fostered in CUBA. The result shows that the main factors are talent factor, leadership system, training and management of university sports, competitive system, material support and team training. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
