| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对山西省初中生体育意识与行为进行了调查分析,研究显示：家长的文化程度和职业的不同是影响初中生体育意识与行为的重要因素,家长的体育意识对初中生的体育意识与行为有一定的影响。建议体育教学中增加社区体育、休闲体育等内容,家长应从各方面积极努力帮助初中生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。
