| 摘 要： | 终身体育是提高中华民族整体素质的必由之路,是我国体育工作的重心,必须坚持社会体育、学校体育、竞技体育的协调发展。学校教育应重视体育课程的设置,教学目标重在培养学生参与体育活动的兴趣,掌握体育锻炼的科学方法,重视体能和身体素质的提高,进而树立终身体育观念,养成终身体育的行为习惯,更好地服务于社会。
