| 摘 要： | 2000年第五次全国人口普查数据显示,太原市已经成为人口老龄化的城市。通过对山西省太原市尖草坪区老年人的体育锻炼现状进行抽样调查得知,太原市尖草坪区老年人群参加体育锻炼的积极性不高,缺乏科学合理地体育锻炼等,根据存在的问题,提出了改进建议。
