| 摘 要： | 采用组间对照实验法,对传统的太极柔力球教学方法和太极拳与太极柔力球的同步教学方法进行比较,认为太极拳与太极柔力球进行同步教学符合人体运动的一般规律,能提高太极柔力球的教学效果,有利于学生对太极柔力球技术动作的掌握,能加深学生的理解,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,值得推广。
