| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南省近40所高校的调查，结合查阅的献资料，对普通高校体育教育中存在的总是，提出了相应的对策。指出：高校体育21世纪的发展必须从培养新型高校体育教师入手；加大在职体育教师继续教育力度；改革教学内容与教学方法；加强“个性教育”，突出“主体教育”，重视“创造教育”，加强体育科学研究，探索体育与健身奥秘。

| Abstract: | Having investigated the situations of about 40 colleges in Hunan, Some problems have been found in the high physical education, Adopted some literature, this article puts forward some corresponding and instructive strategies to offer the reference ideas to the reform of high Physical education to match with the development of the society and finally reach the goal of cultivate both physical and psychological health students of 21th century. |
