| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等，对我国普通高校体育教师专业化影响因素进行了深入探讨，指出影响体育教师的专业化的因素是多方面的，是社会、学校、个人等多因素的交互作用。

| Abstract: | The paper is a survey of the development about specializing PE teachers' in universities,based on the theory of teachers' specialization.It discussed the affection of PE teachers' specialization in Chinese universities deeply according to literature,questionnaire and logical analysis.It concludes with various affection,such as the community,schools and individuals' interaction,not a single one,which affect the teachers' specialization. |
