| 摘 要： | 作为一所新建地方本科高校，保山学院面临着转型发展的重要转折；建设一支高水平应用型师资队伍是实现学校转型的重要保障，也是高校人力资源管理的重要研究课题；在对师资队伍现状分析的基础上，从建设思路、建设基础、建设方式、建设保障提出应用型师资队伍建设的路径。

| Abstract: | As a newly established local undergraduate university, Baoshan University is facing an important turning point of transformation development. Fostering a high level application-ori-ented teaching staff is an important guarantee for the successful transformation of the universi-ty, and it is an important research task for the HR management. Based on the current situa-tion if the University’s teaching staff, the author proposes the way of developing an applica-tion-oriented teaching staff from the perspectives of idea, foundation, approach and support mea-sures. |
