高职人文教育职业化导向浅论 |

摘 要: | 职业生活蕴涵了社会经济、自我实现等多方面的价值,对这些价值的体验形成了高职学生意义学习的基本动力,促进了学生主体性的发展。作为以职业为导向的高职教育,其人文教育应该与职业生活融合,高职学院要通过创建民主的教学制度文化、推行校企结合的高技能人才培养模式、建立与职业生活相衔接的评价方式来达到教育目的。

Abstract: | Vocational life contains many kinds of values including social economy and self-realization. The experience of these values forms the basic driving force to meaningful study of the studenes in higer vocational school, improving the self-development of students. As vocation-oriented higher vocational education,its humanism education should combine with vocational life.Higher vocational schools should achieve educational target by creating democatic teaehing system, promoting school-enterprise training mode for skilled talent, and establishing evaluation style connected with vocational life |
