摘    要:在高职院校全面推进素质教育的进程中,构建合理的人文素质教育体系,促进学生的全面发展和综合素质提高,是高等职业教育值得研究的课题。首先,人文素质教育的培养目标应围绕学生职业品质的形成来进行,重点培养学生诚信、责任、创业、敬业等职业人文品质;其次,高职人文素质课程在设置上要紧密结合人才培养的职业素质要求,围绕人文知识面、人文能力及人文精神这三个要素;最后,开展丰富多彩的校园文化和社会实践活动类课程,拓展人文素质教育的空间,以及强化双师素质的教师队伍建设。

Abstract:In the process of promoting quality education, constructing the rational humanistic quality education sys- tem to promote the all-round development of students and improve their comprehensive qualities is worth of research. First of all, the cultivation goals should be centered around the formation of students' professional quality, emphasi- zing the cultivation of students' vocational humanistic qualities, such as integrity, responsibility, self-made career, dedication, etc; Secondly, the course design should be closely related with professional quality requirements for tal- ents training in accordance with humanistic knowledge, ability and spirit; Finally, organizing rich and colorful cam- pus culture and social practice courses to expand the space of humanistic quality education and strengthen the con- struction of double qualified faculty team.
