我国优秀110 m栏运动员专项运动素质指标和成绩预测模型

运用格拉布斯、因子分析、多元回归分析和灰色关联分析等方法,对刘翔、史冬鹏等31名我国优秀男子110 m栏运动员运动素质指标进行分析,确定我国优秀男子110 m栏运动员运动素质指标体系由速度、专项速度、速度耐力、速度力量、力量5个层面和12栏跨栏跑>60 m起动计时>110 m起跑计时>起跑至第1栏时间>起跑至第5栏时间>100 m跨步跳>深蹲7个要素构成。并建立起我国优秀男子110 m栏运动员专项运动成绩的预测模型。

The Research on the Specialized Sport Capacities and Result Predict Model of the Excellent 110 Meters Hurdles Athletes in China

In order to help athletes from China win the world games such as Olympics Games and make the training of 110 hurdles more scientific,we used Grubbs test,factor analysis,multiple regression,grey relation to analyze the sporting quality of the 31 elite athletes from China such as Liu Xiang,Shi Dongpeng,and made it sure that the index system consists of five levels that were speed,specialized velocity,velocity stamina,velocity strength,strength and seven main factors showed as the order from hurdle of 12 hurdles,the timing of 60 meters start,the timing of 110 meters start to run,the time of the start to first hurdle,the time of the start to the fifth hurdle,the 100 meters step jump,to deep squat,and established result predict model of excellent 110 meters hurdle athletes in China.
