为了研究如何保障我国职业体育联赛和体育事业的健康发展,从法制的角度,阐述了依法治体,健全职业体育法律制度,完善相关法规的必要性和迫切性,提出,应对职业体育联赛的管理者,管理行为,俱乐部和裁判队伍进行规范和约束,建议尽快制定专门的职业体育法律或法规。

"Dark Whistle" Events Call for Sound Legal System of Professional Sports

To guarantee healthy development of professional sports matches in China, this study posed an issue that law should control sports and legal systems of professional sports should be further improved. It is also necessary to perfect law and regulation. In the mean time the authors think that the managers of professional sports match, management behavior, clubs and judges need to be further standardized and restricted. The authors give the advice that law and regulation of professional sports should be established as soon as possible.
