素质教育思想观念与高校体育

采用文献综述和分析法，针对高等教育培养人才，实施素质教育的思想观念，分析了素质及素质教育的基本内涵，探析了体育与素质，高等学校体育与素质教育接轨，素质教育与创新教育以及高等学校体育实施素质教育应突出创新素质的培养等问题，以此作为面向21世纪我国普通高等学校体育课程教材改革与构建研究的理论依据之一。

The Constitution Education and Physical Education of Talents Education in Universities

With the documents review method, the authors analyzed the intensions of constitution and constitution education, and the relations between physical education and constitution education, constitution education and innovation education, emphasized that the innovational constitution education should be the most important thing in the physical education of universities. The conclusion is that this should be the one of theoretical fundament of physical education curriculum reformation and construction in China in 21st century.
