新制度经济学视域下中国竞技体育职业化“诺斯悖论”分析与对策研究

在社会转型期我国竞技体育职业化发展过程中,政府的角色是不可或缺的,但政府的介入往往形成"诺斯悖论"现象,其悖论的实质:我国体制转轨时期特有的政府权力与投资主体权利的博弈,是政治与经济的冲突与协调,也是政府对市场的侵犯与保护1]。本研究通过新制度经济学制度变迁、产权所有、路径依赖层面对正处于制度变迁背景下我国竞技体育职业化的"诺斯悖论"进行分析,探求走出"诺思悖论"方法,提出政府影响与职业化发展效率之间平衡的对策,促进我国竞技体育职业化向着更加科学、系统、规范的方向快速发展。
