| 摘 要： | 运用访谈调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,剖析政府和市场在农村体育公共服务中治理的失范现象,以及社区化治理的理论逻辑,进而提出构建农村体育公共服务社区化服务主体联动运作机制和社区体育公共产权制,增强社区体育公共服务公信力等途径,为促进农村体育健康发展建言献策。

| Abstract: | By the research method of literature,interview,survey,logic analysis and etc.,the paper analyzes the anomie phenomenon of government and market,as well as the theory logic of community governance in the public sports service governance in China’s rural areas.Then it proposes innovation ways,including constructing the linkage mechanism and public sports property system of it,and enhancing the credibility of public community sports service,so as to offer suggestions for promoting the healthy development of rural sports. |
