| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式在经历了全运会选拔模式、政府主导型培养模式、举国体制下的三级训练网模式、"体教结合"和"教体结合"模式之后,还处于实变阶段,并没有达到质变的高度;通过对"体教结合"与"教体结合"模式的理解和二者存在根本分歧的认识,在思考原有后备人才培养模式存在的弊端以及从"体教结合"与"教体结合"模式得到的启示,提出后奥运时代我国竞技体育后备人才的培养必将向完全依托教育系统的全新机制转变.
