摘    要:采用Wingate无氧试验法,用894E奋力蹬车10s、30s、60s以及在839E上用递增负荷的方法对国家速滑队运动员的无氧功、无氧阈功率、运动后3min、6min、9min血乳酸进行测定。结果表明,10s、30s、60s无氧功试验以及运动后血乳酸的测试能较好评价速滑运动员磷酸原供能系统和糖酵解供能系统的供能能力,同时也反映速滑运动员的无氧功和无氧能力;无氧阈功率能较好地反映速滑运动员的有氧代谢能力,可用于对训练效果的评定和对训练过程的监控;在评价速滑运动员的无氧功时,应优先考虑其无氧功的绝对值。

Abstract:The research, based on the method of Wingate, tested the oxygen-free power and anaerobic threshold power of the athletes in the national speed-skating team after their best ride on 894E for 10s, 30s and 60s and with increasing load by degrees on 839E. And also it tested their blood lactate after exercise for 3min, 6min and 9min. The results indicated that test of oxygen-free power for 10s, 30s, 60s and blood lactate after exercise can be applied to evaluate the speed-skating athletes' capacity of energy supply in phosphate and in glycolysis, at the same time, it can reflect the oxygen-free power and oxygen-free capacity; anaerobic threshold power can reflect the aerobic metabolic capacity so well that this method can be applied to evaluate the training effect and to control the training course. Furthermore, the absolute values of the oxygen-free power should be given top priority when a speed-skating athlete's oxygen-free power is evaluated.
