| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,从风险管理的视角对小学生体育活动进行风险识别、风险评估和风险应对的研究。研究得出:小学生体育活动中存在的主要风险来自教师、学生、环境和学校管理4个方面:教师风险包含教师教学经验、教学技术和教师自我管理风险,学生风险包括学生行为和自我保护风险,体育活动环境风险包括活动场地和体育器械风险;学生、教师与环境各类风险相互联系,互为因果,环境的不安全状态会诱发不安全行为,不安全行为又会促使环境不安全状态的发展;管理是风险问题的本质因素,管理中存在的风险会加重师生的不安全行为和对环境的破坏;风险应对主要包括风险防范和风险转移两个方面。
