| 摘 要： | 新《纲要》彰显人性化教育思想,构建人性化教学平台,明确体育教学改革的方向。在新《纲要》的指导下,高校体育教学模式和教学方法趋向多样化,教学内容的设置满足了学生个性化学习的需求,但存在高校体育教师的职业素养跟不上新《纲要》的精神和要求、课程考核评价体系滞后等问题。提出要加强教师职业生涯教育,提高职业素养,营造个性化的教学氛围,建立科学的课程考核评价体系的建议。
