| 摘 要： | 休闲体育概念的界定目前还比较模糊,影响了休闲体育的发展。通过对休闲体育与社会发展程度,文化层次,休闲时间,活动空间、目的、经验,运动强度等方面关系进行的分析研究发现,上述各要素并非构成休闲体育的必要条件。休闲体育的内涵在于,通过身体性的体育活动形成人之为"人"的体验。
