竞技回归教育 完善举国体制

摘    要:我国竞技体育运用举国体制,在世界体坛上取得了辉煌成绩。但这种举国体制存在“体教分离”的弊端,因而产生了人、财资源浪费,学校体育发展滞后以及两个战略的实施受到影响等一系列问题。为从根本上解决这些问题,必须顺应世界体育发展潮流,以竞技回归教育的方式来完善举国体制。讨论了新举国体制的使命、特征、模式与实质,并且对竞技回归教育的条件与前景作了论述和展望。

Abstract:China has made great achievement in world sport by applying national system. However, this system, because sports was broken up away from education,caused many problems like waste of human resource and financial resource, underdevelopment of physical education and sports in schools, and influence on implement of "two strategies".In order to settle the problems once for all and improve the national system,the world trend of sports must be complied and the sports must be returned to education.The paper discusses missions,features,patterns and essence of new national system and the terms and prospects for returning sports to education as well.
