| 摘 要： | 经过20余年的实践，体教结合取得了一定成绩，但仍深受体制之困，功利色彩凸显，内涵也亟待丰富。体教结合不仅仅是解决运动员文化教育问题，而是运动员全面发展、青少年健康成长、体育教育事业全面协调可持续发展的现实需要。因此，应把握体育、教育发展规律，明确部门责任，理顺运行机制，创新工作举措，构建体教结合保障体系。 |
